Mercure Nemzeti Hotel
The Mercure Nemzeti Hotel is housed in a traditional building, with an ornate, 19th century façade, in keeping with the Art Nouveau style of the surrounding architecture. The renovated lobby is small but grand, with a high ceiling, magnificent plasterwork and a comfortable seating area in which guests can relax and enjoy a drink from the bar. Varying in size due to the age of the building, the 76 guestrooms none the less have high ceilings, which make even the most compact feel spacious. They feature neutral décor, pleasantly complemented by patterned fabrics and check carpets. All are well maintained, as are the spacious en suite bathrooms. The attractive, galleried restaurant is topped by a stained glass window and serves both regional and international cuisine. |
